Who is your biggest Barber influence?

Don Botieri, he was The Inspiration for Bostonian Barber Shop, this man has been a barber for 60+ years in our community, he believed in the traditional Barber Shop atmosphere, where the Barber Shop feels like a home away from home for all the generations that come through the door.

Why did you go to the hairdresser?

I was 20 years old and working in a dead-end. I have never considered the barber as a career. It was never my dream job. But when I got the impulse to go to hairdressing school just to try it, I really started to get interested in it. Then, when I sat down behind the chair and started laying hair on the floor, I found what I had been not found for all these years. I am one of the lucky ones who can say that they do what they like, which makes my dreams come true. See more of The Bostonian crew on their Instagram.
